The representatives in pink or blue shirts will be there to welcome you. - Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal: Walk down the pier, enter the duty-free shop, and once outside, look for sign #16, where representatives wearing pink or blue shirts will be waiting for you. If you are already in town: - Palmeras Restaurant: Meet at the corner of Palmeras Restaurant and look for representative wearing a pink or blue shirt and holding a sign that says “Local Experts”.
